Client Policies
Appointments & Scheduling
By Appointment Only
All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins to ensure a private, uninterrupted experience for each client.
Booking Policy
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via the client portal. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Punctuality Policy
Grace Period
Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period. After that:
- 15+ minutes late – Subject to a $15 late fee.
- 30+ minutes late – Appointment may be canceled at the barber’s discretion, and a 100% service fee may apply.
Habitual Lateness
Clients who are late more than twice may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments or may lose booking privileges.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation Window
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice – $50 cancellation fee.
- No-shows – $50 no-show fee and potential restriction from booking future services.
- Repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows – A non-refundable deposit will be required to book future services, or the client may be placed on a limited booking list.
Redo & Service Satisfaction
Redo Policy
Redo requests must be made within 48 hours of your original appointment. All redo services are subject to approval and are offered at the barber’s discretion.
Redo services are only provided for technical adjustments—not for changes of mind or style preferences.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is due at the time of service.
- No refunds on services rendered.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and approved payment apps. Cash is accepted but must be exact change.
Deposits
When Required
A non-refundable deposit may be required for the following:
- New clients
- Appointments exceeding 90 minutes
- Rebooking after a missed appointment
Deposits are applied to the final service total but are forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.
Client Conduct
- Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and permanent banning from future bookings.
- Please silence your devices during your appointment to preserve a relaxing environment.
Health & Hygiene
Open wounds or skin conditions in the service area must be disclosed before the appointment. Service may be denied for safety.
Clients who are visibly sick (fever, coughing, etc.) will be asked to reschedule.
